Clean operation over client count.
ATKS only takes on a shop when the system can be operated well. Capacity is an operating decision, not a scarcity line.
ATKS came out of thirteen years operating a contracting business—the calls, schedules, paperwork, cash flow, and family time that field work quietly consumes.

Every missed detail eventually shows up at the job, in the cash, or at home.
Before this, we spent over a decade running GWO Inc., a real construction and contracting company. We learned what it costs to run a shop without proper infrastructure. In lost jobs. In strained relationships. In nights spent doing paperwork that should have gone out the same day as the job.
We also learned where the real value was created. Not in the field: in the systems, workflows, and operational layer that made field work possible at scale. The infrastructure nobody sees but everybody feels when it's missing.
We chose to specialize in what we were actually good at. Built it into something replicable. An operating system that can be installed in a trade business in 72 hours, because we've done the work to standardize it.
We're based in Chicagoland. We work with licensed residential trade contractors: plumbers, electricians, and HVAC techs who are ready for their business to run like a real company.
"The field should not have to stop so the office can catch up. The operating layer exists to keep both moving."

If the model does not fit the shop, the first conversation should reveal it—before time, data, and trust get invested.
The workflow has enough structure to run reliably and enough shop detail to sound and schedule like your business.
Client results appear only with permission and context. Until then, ATKS makes promises it can directly control.
Five minutes to find out if you're a fit. We'll be honest either way.
