How it works

From chaos to running
in 72 hours.

Here's exactly what happens when you plug in. No vague promises. No long onboarding. Five steps and the system is live.

Day 0
The qualification call
20 minutes. You tell us about the business — trade, service area, job types, where it's breaking down. We tell you exactly what the system does and doesn't cover. If it's a fit, we move. If it's not, we tell you that too.
Day 1
Access and setup
Phone forwarding, Google Business Profile access, CRM login or we set one up. You fill out one intake form. That's your job done. We take it from there.
Days 1–2
System configuration
We build your call scripts, intake workflows, job duration matrix, invoice templates, and scheduling rules. Standardized structure with your business details inside it. You don't review drafts. We run the system and you run the jobs.
Day 3
Go live
Phone routes through the system. First job gets booked. First invoice goes out same-day. Google profile is live and optimized. You get a confirmation when everything is running. Then you go back to work.
Weekly
The rhythm
A report lands in your inbox every week — call volume, jobs booked, invoices sent, payments collected. Every month we review what's working. You're in the loop without being in the middle of it.
Clean organized calendar screen
The 72-hour guarantee. If the system isn't live and running within 72 hours of going active, you don't pay for the first month.
Scope

What we own.
What you own.

No ambiguity. No scope creep. No calls where something falls through the cracks and nobody knows whose job it was.

You own
  • Pricing and estimates
  • Technical decisions on the job
  • Hiring and firing your techs
  • License and compliance decisions
  • Your customer relationships
  • Permit decisions
We own
  • Phone answering and intake
  • Scheduling and dispatch
  • Invoicing and payment follow-up
  • CRM and job records
  • Web presence and Google profile
  • Weekly reporting
Clarity

What this isn't.

We're specific about scope because your trust depends on it. Here's what we don't do — and why that's a feature, not a limitation.

Not a software product
You don't learn anything. You don't configure anything. Humans run the system. You benefit from it.
Not a virtual assistant
A VA needs managing. This system manages itself. You don't supervise anyone. You get a weekly report.
Not a marketing agency
Phase 1 is operations only. We don't run ads. We don't do SEO campaigns. We fix the operation first.

Ready to plug in?

Five minutes to find out if it's a fit. We'll tell you honestly either way.

See if it's a fit

We only take on clients where we know the system will work.
