About

We didn't start as advisors.
We started in the field.

& the Kitchen Sink was built by operators, not consultants. There's a difference and it shows up in how the system runs.

The story

13 years building a real business first.

Before this, we spent over a decade running GWO Inc. — a real construction and contracting company. We learned what it costs to run a shop without proper infrastructure. In lost jobs. In strained relationships. In nights spent doing paperwork that should have gone out the same day as the job.

We also learned where the real value was created. Not in the field — in the systems, workflows, and operational layer that made field work possible at scale. The infrastructure nobody sees but everybody feels when it's missing.

We chose to specialize in what we were actually good at. Built it into something replicable. An operating system that can be installed in a trade business in 72 hours — because we've done the work to standardize it.

We're based in Chicagoland. We work with licensed residential trade contractors — plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs — who are ready for their business to run like a real company.

"We're not selling back-office help. We're selling a functioning business to people who only have a trade."

Runs the day-to-day. Client onboarding, weekly rhythm, vendor coordination. The person who makes sure the system actually works — not just on paper.
How we operate

Our rule.

Quality over volume
Ten clients running clean beats twenty clients running chaos. We only take on clients where we know the system will work.
We tell you the truth
If you're not a fit, we'll say so in the first conversation. We'd rather lose the sale than take on a client we can't serve well.
Standardization is the product
Clients adopt the system. They don't customize it. Consistency across every client is what makes the system work at all.

Talk to us.

Five minutes to find out if you're a fit. We'll be honest either way.
