Free job closeout demo for trade businesses
Finish the job.
Not just the invoice.
Estimate-to-invoice reconciliation means checking what was quoted against what happened before finalizing the bill. Try one callback decision and see it reflected in the invoice, customer message, evidence, and follow-up.
Interactive sample, not a live job processor. This demo uses a fixed plumbing example. No customer invoice, message, or charge is sent. Don’t enter customer information.
A sample job. A real decision.
What was promised.
What actually happened.
ATKS compares what was sold, what actually happened, and what the customer expects, then finishes the paperwork around the one thing that matters.
Job 2087 · Brooks
Give ATKS the job trail.
Sample documents are read-only. Choose a billing decision to explore the result. No live analysis, customer invoice or message sending, billing, or storage of your own jobs. Saving or emailing this sample is a separate, optional step described below.
ATKS office check
Comparing the job to the promise
Reading the approved scope, technician evidence, and customer expectation…
One consequential mismatch
The repair held. Today’s blockage is 16 feet beyond it.
The evidence supports a new cause, but the customer expects warranty coverage and the office reply did not correct that expectation. ATKS will not invent your billing policy.
Your office rule decides
How should this callback be handled?
Choose once. ATKS will apply it consistently everywhere this job appears.

Sample data. This does not process a live job or send a customer invoice, message, or charge.
The paperwork is only part of it
One answer.
A consistent closeout.
A job closeout packet brings the final bill, scope changes, customer explanation, evidence, and next action together. In this example, the original repair is intact, a different blockage has been cleared, and the customer expects warranty coverage. Your decision changes all five outputs.
- Final invoice
- The selected charge, no-charge decision, or hold. No guessed amount.
- Estimate reconciliation
- The original scope beside the new findings and the decision that connects them.
- Customer message
- An explanation consistent with the selected billing treatment.
- Evidence record
- The sample estimate, field findings, customer expectation, and owner decision.
- Follow-up plan
- What to do next, including when to stop and review before sending.
Before you try it
Is this an invoice generator for my own jobs?
Not yet. This is a fixed, sample-data demonstration of estimate-to-invoice reconciliation. The documents are read-only; no model analyzes your own job notes. You can explore each billing choice without providing real customer data.
Is the demo only for plumbers?
The callback example is plumbing-specific. Comparing agreed scope, completed work, customer expectations, and billing decisions is relevant across trade businesses. The current demo does not generate separate HVAC, electrical, or construction scenarios.
What happens when I enter an email?
When you choose Save and unlock packet, ATKS stores your selected fixed sample and creates its private return link. If you request email delivery, ATKS queues that sample packet for the address you provide; the page reports saving, queueing, provider acceptance, and delivery separately and does not call a queued request delivered. Product updates remain a separate, optional choice. Your address is sent only when you choose Save and unlock packet. You can inspect all five outputs before entering an address.
Does a billing choice confirm customer approval?
No. This demonstration shows how an owner’s classification changes the documents. It does not establish customer authorization, validate warranty terms, or replace checking your actual agreement before billing.
