1. Website and application requests
This release provides public information, a founding-trial application, a website-question form, and an illustrative Estimate-to-Closeout sample. Applying or asking a question does not create a customer relationship, guarantee a trial, or commit either side to paid service.
2. Founding-trial scope
Before any trial begins, ATKS and the applicant separately confirm fit, dates, people, contact channels, responsibilities, and the work included. No customer work or service coverage begins from a website submission alone.
3. Sample materials
The closeout workflow, documents, figures, people, and outcomes shown on this site are illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. They are not legal, tax, accounting, pricing, or trade advice. Review any sample before using it for real work.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit customer information, confidential records, unlawful material, or another person’s contact details without authority. Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or use the forms for unsolicited promotion.
5. Availability
The website and request forms are provided as available and may be changed or interrupted. If ATKS and a shop agree to a trial or paid service, the separately accepted scope and terms govern that work.
