Effective September 19, 2026. This policy covers the marketing website at getatks.com. The application at app.getatks.com has separate product data practices and is not expanded by this marketing-site policy.

What this release collects
When you submit a founding-trial application, we store the contact and shop details you enter, the consent version and source, and limited campaign attribution. Applying does not admit you as a customer or guarantee a trial.
When you send Mary a website question, we store the name, email address, and question you enter so ATKS can route and answer it. When you ask us to save or deliver a closeout sample, we store the email address, selected sample decision, delivery and optional follow-up consent, limited attribution, delivery status, and a one-way digest used for the private return link.
How the information is used
We use these details to review and reply to applications, route website questions, save or deliver the requested sample, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and keep the consent and delivery records needed for those actions. We do not sell this information or use it to market to a trade business’s customers.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and marketing endpoints. Supabase stores marketing submissions and delivery state. Resend processes queued application notifications, website-question notifications, requested closeout emails, and delivery events. These providers process data to perform those functions for ATKS.
Retention and choices
The private return link has its own displayed expiration. That expiration does not state when the underlying application, question, consent, delivery record, or provider-event metadata is deleted. Contact hello@getatks.com to request access, correction, or deletion. ATKS will review the request against the records it must retain for security, consent, delivery, or legal purposes.
Security and changes
ATKS uses HTTPS, access controls, and separate marketing data storage. No system is perfect. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will change.
